Are you looking for an affordable apartment community?

CHIP’s Property Management Department manages nine properties in Butte, Glenn, and Tehama counties. One of these properties, Campbell Commons, is shown below. Campbell Commons is a fifty-six unit, single room occupancy, affordable apartment complex. Campbell Commons is named for the late Kevin Campbell, former Butte County Supervisor, Chico Unified School District board member and one of the first CHIP Executive Directors. Kevin later served as a CHIP board member for many years. This project is dedicated to his memory.

Community Housing Improvement Program (CHIP) is a private,
not-for-profit organization committed to providing affordable
