The Community Housing and Credit Counseling Center (CHCCC) mission is to provide educational programs and counseling conducive to developing financially responsible consumers, homebuyers, and reliable renters in the Northern California counties of Butte, Tehama, Yuba, Glenn, Shasta, Lassen, Sutter, Colusa, Plumas, Trinity, and Siskiyou.

CHCCC helps to develop the confidence and skills needed to achieve financial security and homeownership.

Our services are provided as a free community service.
