Longfellow Apartments is a CHIP-managed complex that consists of 24 units made up of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments with 10 of the units set aside for households that have developmental disabilities. Section 8 vouchers are accepted. Amenities include an on-site manager; a swimming pool, a great location next to shopping and bus stop.

The development is owned by the ARC of Butte County.

$399 to $645 per month.
