Shotover Inn Apartments is a CHIP-managed 22 apartment complex made up of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. The complex has an on-site manager, To qualify to be a resident, the majority of the household income must come from agriculturally-based employment.

Section 8 vouchers are accepted.

Rent

Rent is based on a percentage of adjusted gross income.
