Additional Information
Income must be under 50% of AMI (Area Median Income) and have a household member with a developmental disability (for 10 units) or 80% of AMI (for 12 units). A credit check will be performed at the time of application.
Amenities include an on-site manager, a swimming pool, an on-site laundry room, on-site covered parking, and a great location within walking distance of bus stops.
Rent ranges from $622-$1,094 per month depending on unit size and AMI designation. If a tenant receives a Section 8 voucher, rent is based on income Section 8 vouchers are accepted and welcome.
This 24-unit complex is a two-story building made up of 1- and 2-bedroom apartments. Set up in an atrium style, the second story can be reached by the stairs around the building. There are no elevators available. Covered parking spaces for residents are available on-site.
